I L-O-V-E this Sally Hansen Celeb City nail polish because it can compliment any outfit. I used two coats and followed with a top coat (although it really didn't need a top coat). It gives your nails--how do I put this--a tin foil appearance. I wore this to work today, and I have to admit I caught myself staring at my nails throughout the day . I must warn you the color is "pow--in your face". It definitely can not go unnoticed, but it is a fun color. I will be wearing this again in the future.
