***The winner will be chosen using a random number generator. Your "number" will be assigned to you according to the order of entries/how many entries you qualify for. For example, if you were the first person to enter and you qualify for 4 entries, you are assigned numbers 1-4. If the next person that enters only qualifies for two entries, they are assigned numbers 5-6. And so on...


I will contact the winner through email, and it will be announced on my blog. The winner has 48 hours to respond to the email or another winner is chosen. 


The only way to enter is to click on the link that says "Click here to enter" and fill out the form. Entries left in the comments section will NOT be counted. Duplicate entries will be deleted. I will keep the entry that is received first unless you email me to tell me other wise (if you accidentally submit before you are ready to). One entry per person.
