The tips are painted on free handed with OPI Yodel Me On My Cell (two coats). Then I added one layer of glittery goodness (one coat of Golden Rose 298, which I won in Cel's one year celebration giveaway a while back ago!!!!). The I used a Bundle Monster stamping plate (BM09) to stamp on a little heart in white polish, which I personally think ruined the manicure! I love doing french tips! They are so easy and so quick!
